Backup & Data-Loss Disclaimer
Last updated: June 2026
1. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining current, independent backups of your data and configurations. This disclaimer is part of our Terms of Service and explains the limits of any backup features we may offer.
2. What We Provide
Some plans include optional snapshots or backup features as a convenience. Unless your plan expressly includes a managed backup service with a stated retention and recovery commitment, backups are not guaranteed, are not monitored on your behalf, and should not be relied upon as your only copy.
3. No Guarantee
Fluxorus does not warrant that any backup or snapshot will be complete, uncorrupted, retained for any period, or recoverable. Backups may fail, expire, or be deleted following account suspension, termination, or non-payment. We may delete data after the post-termination period stated in the Terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxorus is not liable for any loss of, or inability to recover, data or content, including where a backup feature was available. Any liability remains subject to the limitations in our Terms of Service.
5. Recommendations
- Keep at least one off-site backup with a separate provider
- Automate and regularly test your restores
- Do not store your only copy of critical data on a single service
- Export important data before cancelling or migrating
