Fluxorus Networks, LLC is the data controller for personal data described in this policy. Our registered address and full company details are listed on our Company Information page. For data we process on behalf of our customers (for example, end-user data inside a customer's server), the customer is the controller and our Data Processing Agreement applies.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Our standard retention periods are:

You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, IP address); customer records (billing address, payment information); commercial information (services purchased); internet/network activity (usage and connection logs); and, where required for fraud prevention, government-ID information. We collect this information from you directly and automatically through your use of the Services.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Fluxorus does not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months. 9. Other State Privacy Rights
Residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others) may have rights similar to those described in Section 8, including the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising or any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@fluxorus.com; if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, and understand usage. We group them into:
