Law Enforcement Guidelines

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

These guidelines explain how Fluxorus Networks, LLC responds to requests from law enforcement and other government authorities for customer data. We are committed to protecting our customers' rights while complying with valid legal process. We require legal process appropriate to the data requested.

2. How to Submit Requests

Authorities should submit requests on official letterhead from an official email address to legal@fluxorus.com. Requests must identify the requesting agency and officer, the legal basis, the specific account or IP address (with timestamps and time zone), and the precise data sought. Our registered address for service of legal process is listed on our Company Information page.

3. Legal Standards

We disclose customer data only where required by valid and binding legal process, such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant, or where an exception applies under applicable law. We may object to, narrow, or challenge requests that are overbroad, vague, or legally deficient. Requests from outside the United States generally must come through a recognized mutual legal assistance channel unless otherwise permitted by law.

4. Data Preservation

We will honor valid preservation requests and preserve available account records for an initial period (typically 90 days, extendable once) pending service of appropriate legal process. We only retain data that exists at the time of the request; see our Privacy Policy for retention periods.

5. Emergency Requests

In emergencies involving a risk of death or serious physical harm, we may voluntarily disclose limited information to law enforcement where permitted by law. Emergency requests should be marked "EMERGENCY" and describe the nature of the emergency.

6. Notice to Customers

Our policy is to notify affected customers of requests for their data before disclosure so they may seek to protect their rights, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so (for example, by a court-ordered non-disclosure provision) or where notice would be counterproductive in an emergency.
