Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when fees are and are not refundable. It is part of our Terms of Service. Unless stated here or required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
Eligible new VPS and VDS services may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of initial purchase (the "guarantee period"). The guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to the services listed in Section 3. Accounts terminated for violations of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Dedicated servers and custom or build-to-order hardware
- Setup, installation, and administrative fees
- Additional IP addresses and add-ons
- Additional bandwidth and overage charges
- Domain registrations and third-party licenses
- Renewal payments after the guarantee period
- Services suspended or terminated for Terms or AUP violations
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless a refund applies under this policy, your service remains active until the end of the paid term and is not pro-rated. To avoid auto-renewal, cancel before your renewal date.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or as account credit, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Amounts paid via irreversible methods (e.g. certain crypto or gateway-restricted payments) may be refunded as account credit.
6. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply to you. Where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, by asking us to begin the service immediately you acknowledge that the right may be lost or pro-rated once the service is fully performed.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of the Terms and may result in immediate suspension and recovery of the disputed amount plus reasonable costs.
