Trademark & Brand Guidelines

1. Ownership of Marks

The following are trademarks of Fluxorus Networks, LLC, whether or not registered, and Fluxorus reserves all rights in them:

• "Fluxorus" and "Fluxorus Networks" (word marks)
• The Fluxorus logo and design marks
• Product and service names
• Trade dress and visual identity

All goodwill arising from use of the marks inures solely to Fluxorus.

2. No License Granted

Nothing on our website, in our services, or in these guidelines grants you any license or right to use the Fluxorus marks, except the limited nominative uses described in Section 3. Listing a permitted use does not transfer any ownership or grant any trademark license. All other uses require our prior written permission.

3. Permitted Uses

You may make truthful, nominative references to Fluxorus for:

• Factual references to services you use
• Describing compatibility or integration
• Truthful comparative advertising
• Editorial and news uses

Provided that you do not: alter the marks; imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation; or use the marks more prominently than your own branding.

4. Prohibited Uses

• As part of your company or product names
• In domain names or social handles
• Implying endorsement or affiliation
• Misleading or confusing uses
• On merchandise or promotional materials

5. Third-Party Trademarks

Game titles, platforms, and other third-party names or logos referenced on our site or services (for example, the games we support) are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use is for identification and compatibility only and does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those owners.

6. Partner and Reseller Use

Authorized partners must follow the brand guidelines in their partnership agreement. Unauthorized use of "Authorized Reseller" or similar designations is prohibited.

7. Quality and Presentation

Where use of a logo is permitted, you must use the official artwork provided by Fluxorus without modification, recoloring, distortion, or animation, and maintain adequate clear space. Fluxorus may require you to correct or stop any use that does not meet these quality standards.

Fluxorus actively enforces its trademark rights. Unauthorized use may result in cease-and-desist notices, account termination, and legal action. The marks are provided "as is" for permitted reference, without warranty, and you agree to indemnify Fluxorus for claims arising from your misuse of the marks.
