Service-Specific Terms

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

These Service-Specific Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to the products described below. If a term here conflicts with the general Terms, the more specific term controls for that product.

2. Game Server Hosting

  • You are responsible for licensing the game and any server software you run, and for complying with the game publisher's terms
  • Hosting cheats, exploits, pirated or leaked builds, or attack tooling is prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy
  • Mod, plugin, and player content is your responsibility; you must moderate your community and comply with applicable law
  • Resource limits and Fair Use apply to shared game-hosting nodes

3. DDoS Protection

  • Mitigation is provided on a commercially reasonable basis; no protection can guarantee 100% prevention of all attacks or zero impact
  • Protection covers the protocols, capacity, and scope of your plan; traffic beyond that scope, or attacks that target application-layer weaknesses in your own software, may not be fully mitigated
  • We may apply rate-limiting, filtering, or temporary null-routing to protect the wider network; such action is excluded from SLA credits
  • You may not use mitigation services to host attack infrastructure or to proxy abusive traffic

4. CDN Services

  • You are responsible for the content you cache and distribute and for holding all necessary rights to it
  • Cached bandwidth and storage are subject to your plan and our Fair Use Policy
  • We may purge or refuse to cache content that violates the AUP or applicable law

5. VPS / VDS & Dedicated

  • You are responsible for your operating system, software, and security patching
  • Resource allocations and bandwidth are defined by your plan and the Fair Use Policy
  • Dedicated and build-to-order hardware is non-refundable as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • You must maintain your own backups (see the Backup & Data-Loss Disclaimer)

6. IP Addresses

IP addresses are assigned to you for use with your service and remain the property of Fluxorus or its upstreams. They are non-portable, may be reclaimed or changed for operational or abuse-handling reasons, and justification may be required for additional allocations under regional registry policies.
